ESPAÑOL El portador de la tarjeta ESNcard tiene derecho a conocer
y participar en las actividades y eventos organizados y promovidos por la
Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS. La tarjeta es válida por
un periodo de 12 meses desde la aceptación y firma de los siguientes términos y
condiciones.
La Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS se reserva el derecho a invalidar de cualquier ESNcard, así como de revocar el
derecho a formar parte de las
Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS si el portador actúa en
contra de los fines generales de Erasmus Student Network, o por las causas
especificadas en los Estatutos y Régimen Interno de la
Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS.
En cumplimiento de los establecido la Ley Orgánica,
15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, los
datos personales facilitados a través del presente formulario será añadida a un
fichero propiedad de la Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS registrado en la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). La finalidad
del fichero es recoger toda la información necesaria de los asociados de la
Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS para la correcta
organización y desarrollo de las actividades organizadas por la
Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS.
ENGLISH Any ESNcard holder has the right to know about and to
participate in the activities and events organized and promoted
by ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS. The ESNcard is valid for a
period of 12 months since the date of acceptance and signature of the next
terms and conditions.
ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS has the
right to revoke the validity of any ESNcard, as well as to revoke the right
to be a member of ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS if the ESNcard
holder acts against the general principles and aims of Erasmus Student
Network, or for the causes specified in the Statues and the Standing
Orders.
According to the Act 15/1999 on Personal Data
Protection (LOPD), we inform you that the personal data provided to us
through this form will be added to a file owned
by ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS, registered in the File
Registry of Personal data at the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). This
file is aimed for gathering all necessary data
from ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS associates, as well as
facilitating the correct development of the activities organized
by ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS.

Asociación ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS tenga en las redes
sociales, siempre de manera gratuita y sin ánimo de lucro.* ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS is authorized to take pictures
of its associates during their activities and use these pictures for
promotion of the association, in the webside http://esncastellon.org and the accounts that ASOCIACIÓN HELPING EXCHANGE STUDENTS has on
social media, always free of charge and in a non-profit base.

formulario acerca de las actividades organizadas y promovidas. Del mismo
